List of Stallions Accredited by the Tunisian Government
Patrick from Belgium sent me the list of the Tunisian Arabian stallions accredited by the Tunisian government’s Fondation Nationale D’Amelioration de la Race Chevaline (FNARC), which is under the Ministry of Agriculture.
He tells me that 30-50% of the stallions are still from the old Tunisian bloodlines (at least on paper), and the rest from the invasive French part-bred “pseudo-Arabian” lines, and now the pseudo-Arabians from the Amer-type Saudi Arabian bloodlines. Patrick likes the first two on the below list, and so do I.

The difference is the first two at least are three circle horses in confirmation. Their backs are shorter than their hips. Sometyhing that is starting to get hard to find. The other horses are somewhat difficult to measure- these sneaky breeders- meaning the guys who are secretly crossing in Thoroughbreds have apparently learned how to hide a horses points of confirmation so as to disguise their weak coupling or a low set neck kindof like certain american halter showfolk..
Best wishes

Yes,truth is that some horses have conformation that is not characteristic for arabians.
But one of reasons can also be wrong selection, not only mixing.
Sometimes it seems that people forget what are Arabian horses and why they are special.

All these stallions are arabians (but only two are pure), but they all are7were good riding horses,guess……..
HamZa’s the best!
Depuis la sélection à outrance sur la course plate à l’occidentale,je me mefie très fort des tunisiens actuels.
The Stallion Turki is my Favourite…
argo this Horses are Borike Arabians…
I love this Arabian Bred, because there are listed in Gemrany as Shagyas, but they arent..
Borike Arabians are more Arabian Blood as Shagyas…
In Germany we have the Herdbook of Arabian-Race (Araberrasse), in this category normally must be shown the Borike Arabians…
First (black) and fifth (black-white photo ) are PB, others are BA.
je suis du meme avis qu’adrien , en effet hamza est le plus proche du modele arabe sa mere ioussra est pure asil et son pere samir est tres bon la photo ne montre la beaute de cet etalon

Dynamite III (best stallion in my opinion). Almost all of his offspring were Group winners in and out of Tunisia (Halim, Akermi, Touwayssan, cheikh el arab etc.).

This incredibly well-built horse; https://www.allbreedpedigree.com/halim11 is “the greatest” tunisian racehorse (38 races; 37 wins and 01 where he came in 4th (was injured)). Unfortunately, he died prematurely of colic after only one season of breeding. He left some good stallions behind but none reached his level.
