National Breeders Conference 2010 – Atlanta, Sept. 17-19

Friday, I will be flying to Atlanta to deliver the opening presentation, jointly with Joe Ferriss, at the Pyramid’s Society’s National Breeders Conference 2010. Check out the announcement and the program here.I just wonder when people will stop referring to me as “younger”, including at work. I have been at my current job as an economist at the World Bank for ten years now, give or take, and, in business meetings, whenever a foreign government official asks for a cup of coffee, all looks still converge towards me.

  1. There will come a time when you are happy about looking younger, but I agree, right now it’s a bummer!

Wish we could be there to hear you two. Consider us at your backs, applauding!

  2. Edouard,

Be happy you are the younger! “Getting old,” is just like the saying.

A cup of coffee? Maybe the others do not think or wish to risk another doing it? Or perhaps they wish you simply out of the room to review thinking without feeling, “not enough abilities.” Simply every one left
to match wits with the one out of the room. Be creative with your submission to youth’s disipline. Or simply spill the coffee upon your return to the one being demanding?

As a youth I was asked to help paint a wall in the house.
I simply splattered the paint every where, needless I was
not there long. However there is a down side to everything, I could have been ask to paint by myself and clean up everything as well? Spill the buckets of paint,
coffee maker does not work any more? Who knows?

Tell the Egyptian Breeders about the merits of the Desert, the Bedouins, and especially the reasons for the ideals of Bedouin thinking towards breeding for survival.

Now, the surrival for what once was.

My Best, I am older, but I ask to go get the coffee/ why?

  3. Wish I could make the conference. I would gladly serve the coffee and the mint tea just to be there, my friend.
Great success to all of you and let us know how it goes.
Would you like to share with us your recipe for preparing genuine bedouin coffee while you’re at it? 🙂
