Suwaiti Mamdooh
Suwaiti Mamdooh M671 at the stud of Sh. Muhammad B. Salma in Umm Jidr. From a strain recently received from Saudi Arabia after the original Bahraini line of Suwaitia Kuwaitia had died out. He looks different from the other Bahraini horses.
Photos Amanda Jane Smith.
Nice horse and looks similar to some Davenports and Syrian horses.
Isn’t it surprising, at first glance at least, how different a horse can look from himself in another photo?
Because it mexed with saqlawia line – throut hamdany mubarek .. mubarak’s dam al-sakhriyah saqlawia gidrania of bani sakar tribes of Jordan . it imported to saudia arabian in 1956 as gaift to king fisal bin abdul- aziz al saud from al fayez from al zaben from bani sakar . so most of horses it has been changing looks because of breeding from this mare in dirab stud .
Ahmed, that is interesting information about the tribal lines from Dirab going to Bahrain. Does it happen in the other direction?
Jeanne Craver .. What do you mean by other direction ? .
she means from bahrain to dirab
how can the mother of hamdani mubarek be a saqlawia?
How is say that Mobarak is hamdany? .
Mubarak al hamdany which you think is from syria is different line and Mubarak al saqlawy which is registered from or by dirab is different line . you was mentioning already in your previously post about Saudi lines from dirab . onotherhand they are using Mubarak for breeding with Suwaitia strain ( so for this reason the original looks for saudi desert breed it has been change when’s Jordanian strain is coming to saudia stud ”
