This last photo from 1990 or 1989 of the late Mustafa al-Jabri (on the left), Radwan Shabareq (on the right) and my father, Gen. Salim Al-Dahdah marks the end of the 40 days of celebrating Mustafa’s legacy as a major breeder of Arabian horses. May he rest in peace surrounded by his beloved horses, Mahrous, Ihsan, Basel, Halah, Nawal, Hallah, Ameenah and all the others which he loved and cherished so dearly.
We all join you in wishing him peace, and in wishing we could have been there to listen to the wonderful talk between these three fine gentlemen. What a treasure in knowledge sits there.
Thank you, Edouard, for paying this wonderful and touching tribute to the late Mr. Mustafa Al-Jabri and, at the same time, to his beloved horses. I feel honoured to have had the privilege to meet him at his farm and see some of the descendants of the horses you have featured.
