They are from Basil Jadaan’s pre-war breeding. I believe, but I am not sure, that the one to the right is Yaqut, a daughter of Marwah, a Saqlawiyah Jadraniyah. Marwah’s lineage somehow survives in France today. Qokriyah El Shatane, by Mokhtar out of Hijab, by Ward Al Mayel out of Nisreen, by Mobarak out Marwah, still lives.
