This is a great photo of two wonderful friends and mentors who by personal example have inspired asil Arabian breeders worldwide. Rosemary ‘walks the preservation walk’, is a mover and shaker that gets things done within the asil/AK community, even from long distance and remote control; and Joe, well, Joe is simply a natural phenomenon and should be followed around at all times by an invisible someone who catches his observations and musings [and even unspoken thoughts] about our beloved horses for the record for the rest of us to ponder…
My talented friend Karsten caught them naturally and well; I feel like they’re standing in front of my front door and that I must get up to open it to invite them in, first for coffee, and then for a tour of the farm. I wish….Miss them both a lot.
Thanks for posting this, Edouard.
May I suggest, a future AK convention at Idan Atiq? I’ll put up the bedouin tent.
