Hamdaany Daneer (Jellaby Radad x Danika) is the one of three Bahraini horses from Danah Stud that Lyman Doyle will be taking to the USA this summer. Of the four Bahraini stallions that Lyman and I acquired, Daneer is certainly the showiest and the best mover. He does not trot, he floats. He does not canter, he flies. More on his strain and lineage later.
He looks like a horse from an illustration here, with the arch in his neck, the thick mane, and that plumed tail.
He is very much a fairy tale horse. He does not trot, he floats. He does not canter, he flies.
Yes! The sort of horse one might expect to find in the pages of Andrew Lang’s fairy tale books, or an even more beautiful King John for Disney to rotoscope for Snow White.
Yes! Definetly a phenotype fixer!

I quite like his type. It will be very interesting to see how he crosses with the Doyle program.
Absolutely gorgeous!! Just think how great he’s look in the Kalahari desert.
