He is not done growing yet, and at five years old, is starting to show his full potential. Thanks to allbreedpedigree.com’s linebreeding feature, I counted, amazingly: 373 crosses to Mesaoud 270 crosses to Bint Helwa 222 crosses to Saklawi I 217 crosses to Rose of Sharon 129 crosses to Gulnare all this within the first 13 generations (the max allbreed calculates).. there are more further back. One hundred and fifty years of linebred, documented Arabian horse breeding in Wester (UK and USA) comes alive in this horse.
Bint Mayadah (b. 2000) was bred by Laszlo and Eva Kiraly of Hungary and later acquired by Steffi Weirich of Germany. She went back to Laszlo as a middle aged mare, and produced several foals for him. Laszlo gifted her to me as an older mare in 2024, and I gave her to Steffi later that year. This beautiful photo of Bint Mayadah has been hanging in Steffi’s saddle room for thirteen years. I am happy Steffi has her back. She is considering breeding her this coming year.
