Wisteria
Wisteria was as beautiful as ever, with large, expressive eyes. She was reminiscent of the painting of the “mare of Baz” which graces the cover of Asil Araber II. I am sorry I don’t have a better photo to render the indefinable charm that emanates from this mare, who is not photogenic.
It’s so frustrating (and very commonly the case)that a camera can’t do justice to a horse. She looks lovely though and her eyes are beautifully set and low in her face.
That Landseer picture is ridiculously romanticised but I LOVE it!! I always use it when I give talks as my first slide 🙂
Well now you can use Wisteria! The great mare of Craver Farm breeding!
Good Point Jackson! 🙂
