  1. Kokhle was aged in this photo; in her 20s, I think. At any rate it does show her size and scale a bit better than the other photo. This is not Reba Troxell, her owner, up. Reba was holding the mare in the other photo, and Reba was well under five feet tall. I am pretty short myself, at just over 5 feet, and Reba was tiny. That made Kokhle look enormous in the photo, which just wasn’t so. Thanks, Edouard, for posting this not-so-good photo so I can make my point!

  6. Capucine is very like her, in her old age.
