The most impressive horse on the farm..
.. was Shaykhan Al Bahrain, a.k.a “Robbie” (Kuhailaan Aladiyat Hashal x Labwah Al Shaykah), a three year gelding of the Ubayyan Sharrak strain owned by Jenny Krieg. He was just stunning: tight, compact, powerful, stylish and well built. I missed the opportunity to get him when he was a stallion (I had a lot on my plate then), and I now regret it.
WOW yes he is maturing handsomely. It’s too bad he was gelded, but I understand. Stallions can be a real headache management-wise. Hopefully someone picks him up and puts him out on the trails–he’d make a great ambassador for his breeding 🙂
Fabulous coupling– this is where the Asils shine- and if I may be permitted, so do a heck of a lot of the CMK’s too.
