Andre LS (Zachary CF x Aliah LD by HB Adrian), one of Diane Lyon’s Davenport stallions of the Kuhaylan Haifi strain is now California at Michael Bowling’s. Michael is going to take him to a vet clinic for testing. If fertile, he will be bred to one of my mares. He looks good, and is an outcross in the Davenports Core Haifi group.
This is excellent news. Thank you for sharing the photo of Andre DL. All digits crossed for his fertility.
Oops, I meant Andre LS. Also, I believe Andre belongs to Diane Lyons good friend, Carrie Caback.
I am really excited to see the use of a stallion from his parents: Zachary and Aliah are both special horses.
Good leg substance, his withers go into the middle of his back, and his thigh extends down below his stifle. Very cool .

Fantastic! Andre has been one of my favorites for years.
I hope Davenport folks will also consider Benjamin DL: although he’s from the Triermain sire line, he is the only offspring of his sire Mozart DL, who is the only offspring of his sire, Maestro CF. Plus, his dam is the outstanding Charmer LD.
I believe the LS stands for Lisa Spackman.
He is a good horse. I hope he is fertile.
Oh, he looks to have improved with age from the photos that I had of him in my spreadsheet. He is on the short-list of Core Haifi stallions I had selected for my Core Haifi mare, and I had noticed he didn’t have any offspring yet. I am glad to see him being used!
A simply wonderful Arabian horse. Congrats Michael.
Oh and my favorite Davenport….Zacharia!
