Yesterday was a painful first work day after five weeks away from Washington. It’s pouring rain outside, and a quick glance at my office window makes my PC screen – where unread emails are piling up –  a pleasure to stare at.  Oh well… But I am back to blogging, and boy does that feel good. Â
