Yup- all the details are there in minute definition. Large nostrils for good intake- yet the upper part of her head is large enough to give a good expansion chamber, So her inhalations would be copious given her distended nostrils- then constricted just below her skull calcification the air next flows to her jibbah which works like an expansion chamber to moisten and cool it.
