Through Kina Murray also comes this short movie about an ealier iteration of the centuries-old, seasonal migration of the Bakhtiari tribe. The sequence of the horse falling, hitting a rock, rolling then rising again as if unhurt is stunning.
Thank you Edouard for providing us with these little pieces of equine asil history. Especially in these times. I already enjoyed the long version of this trip. There are similar treks (with sheep and mules) in the Austrian/Italian Alps. I hiked one as I was younger:).
Did you trek across Iran? or did you mean the Italian Alps (me too, by the way, Alta Via Uno).
