I wanted to say here that I have disabled all my Facebook and Instagram horse accounts, and that I am doing very well without them, thank you. While they are great way for people to reach out, the knowledge value gained from them was minimal, but the annoyance was not. I am as likely to learn about a never-seen photo, a new piece of information through this blog or by email that I am likely to find out about it on social media. Also, young people (almost exclusively from the Arab world, where there is no respect for intellectual property rights, I am sorry to say) have taken to pilfer this blog’s posts as well as my social media publications and republish them under their names, which I found very annoying, and which I chose not to see. I am keeping my Messenger account. This way, I will return to writing more on this blog, which I always found rewarding and stimulating.
